Bio and Mission

I am a certified life coach and professional organizer residing in Solana Beach, California. Studying at, and receiving my certification from Real Balance Health and Wellness School (founded by renowned psychologist and coach Dr. Michael Arlovski), I will soon hold additional coveted coaching certifications through the NBHWC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching) and the ICF (International Coaching Federation). In the past, I worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) and hold a bachelor’s degree in communication and psychology from Western Washington University. A range of personal and professional experiences have equipped me to work with people from all walks of life.

Born in Germany, where organization and efficiency are expected from an early age, I immigrated to Canada as a young adult before settling in the United States as manager for a multinational start-up company called Graffoto. In 2005, I combined my business management experience with a burgeoning interest in personal care, nutrition, exercise, yoga, and longevity to create a full-service health and wellness spa in Washington state. I found great satisfaction in caring for clients and employees seeking to improve their self-confidence, giving birth to a coaching philosophy rooted in compassion, non-judgemental self-acceptance, and a commitment to strict client confidentiality. As well as mentoring many young people and doing volunteer work with immigrants and the elderly, I raised three children into kind, productive, happy adults. Finally, I have a special passion for home organization and decluttering. A cluttered and disorganized home creates a cluttered and disorganized mind.

It is my mission to bring out the best in each unique individual and inspire them to simplify their lives, change counterproductive habits, and stay healthy in their body and mind so they can experience more joy and live their best lives.
